1st Day. AIRPORT - NEGOMBO

Arrival at the Colombo International Airport. Clients will be Welcome by our Heritage Lanka Tours representative and transfer to Hotel at Negombo.

In the evening city tour of Negombo. Including Fishing villages and Fish collecting points.

Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Negombo.


2nd Day. NEGOMBO – KITHULGALA

After breakfast leave for Kithulgala . Kithulgala Forest Reservoir for Bird Watching.

3rd Day – KITHULGALA - SINHARAJA

After breakfast visit to Sinharaja Forest. Sinharaja Forest Reserve is a national park and a biodiversity hotspot in Sri Lanka. It is of international significance and has been designated a Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

4th Day – SINHARAJA

After breakfast proceed to a Long Birding Trail at Sinharaja Rain Forest.

5th Day. SINHARAJA – UDAWALAWA

After breakfast leave for Udawalawa,

Udawalawe is also a good bird watching site. Such as Sri Lanka Spurfowl, Red-faced Malkoha, Sri Lanka Grey Hornbill, Brown-capped Babbler, and Sri Lanka Jungle fowl are among of the breeding resident birds. White Wagtail and Black-capped Kingfisher are rare migrants. A variety of water birds visit the reservoir, including cormorants, the Spot-billed Pelican, Asian Openbill, Painted Stork, Black-headed Ibis and Eurasian Spoonbill.

The open parkland attracts birds of prey such as White-bellied Sea Eagle, Crested Serpent-eagle, Grey-headed Fish Eagle, Booted Eagle, and Changeable Hawk-eagle. Land birds are in abundance, and include Indian Roller, Indian Peafowl, Malabar Pied Hornbill and Pied Cuckoo.

6th Day. UDAWALAWA - YALA

After breakfast Morning do a Jeep Safari at udawlawa. After lunch Proceed to Yala

7th Day. YALA

After breakfast do a jeep safari at Yala National park, Yala National Park is the second largest and most visited national park in Sri Lanka. The park covers 979 square kilometers, The park is best known for its variety of its wild animals. It is important for the conservation of Sri Lankan Elephants and aquatic birds.

8th Day. YALA - HIKKADUWA

After breakfast leave for Hikkaduwa via Galle. First visit Galle fort, Galle Fort was built first by the Portuguese, then modified by the Dutch during the 17th century. Even today, after 400 years of existence, it looks new and polished with reconstruction work done by Archaeological Department of Sri Lanka, inside the Galle fort which is in a Dutch Colonial building in Church Street is the Cultural Museum.

9th Day. HIKKADUWA

After breakfast, visit Coral Gardens and other Aquariums.
